RUM ROW

During the Prohibition-era, U.S. jurisdiction from the American coastlines, or maritime limit, stretched only 3 miles offshore. Rum runners took advantage, stealthily moving their boats just outside of these confines, and lining up at the “Rum Line” to offload their wares.

If you find yourself along the coast this weekend, we recommend this Rum Row recipe served with Savannah Spirits Rum. And as we still see summer thriving here in the south, we encourage you to use the finest emblem of Southern hospitality, the pineapple. Bottoms Up!

Ingredients:

1 C Ice
1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
1 oz Blackberry Liqueur
1 oz Banana Liqueur
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Savannah Spirits Rum
Fresh Fruit

Prep :

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with fresh fruit.
